Primal Strength Small Group Training

Small-group strength and conditioning sessions currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6AM). This class focuses on building real functional strength using weights, dumbbells, metabolic conditioning drills, and serious core/abs work. Designed for all fitness levels with scalable modifications so everyone can train hard and progress safely. Expect a challenging, results-driven workout in a motivating small group environment.

Boxing & Conditioning

High-energy boxing and conditioning class on Saturdays. This class combines real boxing technique, heavy bag work, shadowboxing, strength training with weights and dumbbells, plus intense core and abs work. Designed for all fitness levels with scalable modifications so everyone can train hard and progress safely. Expect a challenging, results-driven workout in a motivating small group environment.
